The library provides support for researchers and doctoral students at the University of Gothenburg.
Information searching
Researchers and doctoral students can make an appointment with a librarian to get support regarding information searching. We help you who want to learn more about searching for information and provide support if you want to do advanced searches or systematic literature reviews.
Reference management
The library provides support for the Endnote and Zotero reference management programs. Make an appointment to get help from a librarian to start using a reference management program. We also answer questions and solve problems that may arise when you use the programs.

An important part of the research process is your choice of publication channels. Contact us to get advice on suitable publishing channels and information about the requirements from your research funder regarding the choice of publishing channels.

Free interlibrary loans
All interlibrary loans of books and articles are free for employees at the University of Gothenburg and you can get the articles sent to your e-mail if the license terms permit digital delivery.
20 minutes for researchers seminar series
20 minutes for researchers is a series of short presentations where we discuss useful tools, techniques and services available to you in your everyday research.
The seminars will be given online via Zoom. No registration is needed. The seminars will not be recorded.
